Surfers Century Oceanside Apartments

We left for Meriton, which was welcoming and clean. The first room was filthy, with thick dust, a smear of blood on the wall, mould in the shower, and dirt, food and sand on the surfaces and floor. The second room was dirty too: food and salt on the table, chairs and couch, more shower mould and dust, a stained tablecloth, and a dirty freezer. The female manager didn’t seem bothered, had no people skills, and didn’t want to discuss it, inspect the rooms or look at my photos. Stay away, run!

We had a fantastic holiday at Surfers Century Oceanside Apartments. Our apartment was spotless, had beautiful ocean views and everything we needed. The pool, spa and tennis court were great, and the staff made check-in and the rest of our stay easy with their friendly, helpful service. It’s peaceful at night, while the beach, shops and cafes are only a short walk away. We’d happily come back and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Gold Coast.

The BBQ area near the tennis courts was dirty and uninviting. We’d booked it, but when we arrived the tables and chairs needed cleaning before they were usable. We checked with reception three times, and each time they said it had been cleaned that morning.

The pools were pleasantly warm, and our modern apartment was well equipped with stunning ocean views. The staff were friendly and really committed. We’ll be back!
