After three years in my apartment, I’m really happy here. The managers are fantastic, attentive and quick to help with whatever’s needed. The building is well maintained, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it truly feels like home. I’m grateful to be part of this community!

We stayed for a week to celebrate my brother’s birthday on the coast. It’s a great spot, really close to the beach and Surfers. A nice place to stay if you’re planning a visit to Goldie 👍👍

If you’re a foreigner, avoid staying here. They don’t return your bond money and look for any excuse, even lying, to keep it. It’s a lot of money. I thought the bad reviews I’d seen were exaggerated, but they weren’t. The concierge, Bruce, is rude, racist and unpleasant. It’s a shame the landlords and concierge are like this, because the building itself could be great. I could say a thousand things, but honestly, it isn’t worth my time. In response to your answer: do you think some random person would post negative comments about a random building? If anyone doubts me, ask and I can tell you which floor and door I lived in 🙂

The apartments are spectacular, so leave your unit in the same condition you found it. Being responsible and clean makes you a good tenant. The managers are wonderful people, generous and attentive to guests and the people living there, and they take care of every detail. The place is incredible, and we’ve always had a fantastic experience. They build a real community and a home among neighbours! 💪🏼

My daughters and I had a lovely weekend here for a 21st birthday, and we’re already planning to come back. The views and location were matched by the wonderful hospitality from our host Jill. She made us feel at home and was so helpful with suggestions for places to go and things to see. If you want homely accommodation that’s good value for money, look no further. Thanks again 😊
