The front desk staff are super friendly, and Claire at reception deserves a special mention for going above and beyond when my daughter was sick. I’ve stayed at the Quest in Goulburn a couple of times in a one-bed apartment. The rooms are modern and well appointed, and the location near the town centre is perfect. I’ll be back!

The reception staff were great, the rooms were good, and the hotel itself is excellent. I stayed for 10 nights, but the room cleaning needs more care. One night, after I complained at reception, my room was missed. The following day was the only time it got a thorough clean.

The staff were helpful and knew the area well. My room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There’s secure undercover parking, though some spots are a little tight.

I booked a studio for Saturday night and was moved to a one-bedroom apartment as an ‘upgrade’. Room 308a looks over the Tatts Hotel courtyard, where extremely loud head-banging music carried on until all hours. I got next to no sleep. I’d avoid booking that room on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night.
