The staff were outstanding, and the two pools were great for a swim. We loved the snorkeling too, with giant angel fish, turtles, and sharks around. Depending on your room, you might see why the place feels like a Jurassic Park experience. A heads-up: bring mozzie spray, and pack snacks from the mainland, especially if you have kids. The food is debatable and the choices are limited, though alcohol is decently priced. Maintenance had everything ready for our stay. Also, the breakfast restaurant door only swings one way, lol. We had a blast, though I’d say Green Island is best for a few days. Thanks, Green Island! 🙏😉🥰

The island is stunning, with beautiful beaches and clear water, and we found the accommodation comfortable. Dining was good too. But what really stood out was the service throughout our stay. We’d just transferred from Fitzroy Island when we arrived at the Great Adventures ferry terminal. The Green Island crew were already waiting, with our tickets ready and the changeover onto the ferry smoothly organised. On the island, staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us settle in, answering questions, and sharing useful local tips. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Green Island Resort for a tropical getaway.

Four days and three nights felt just right for our stay. The food choices were a little limited over that length of time, though that seemed reasonable for an island. The location was gorgeous, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Customer service was superb. Special thanks to Simone, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. Highly recommended.

I already loved Green Island for its natural beauty, and now I’ve seen how wonderful the people there are too. The Green Island staff showed outstanding care and customer service when I had a frightening medical emergency while leaving the island. I collapsed on the boat during departure and briefly lost consciousness. David and Till from the Green Island first aid team looked after me with real kindness and professionalism. They helped me regain consciousness, stayed by me, explained what was happening, and made sure I felt safe and supported. Their calm, competence, and warmth helped me handle the experience and find peace of mind. I’ve lived in Italy, New York, and Copenhagen, and in my experience the care and empathy I received from David, Teel, and the Green Island staff were truly exceptional. They’re a credit to the island and their profession. I strongly recommend visiting Green Island for both its beautiful surroundings and the care you’ll find there.
