I keep coming back, and this was stay number three. The rooms are comfortable, spotless and well equipped, but the bed really stands out. I’m about to call and ask what mattress topper they use because I’d love to get one for home. There are four different pillows to choose from too, so I can pick the type I like best.

The restaurant meals were lovely, and the stay was pleasant all around. My room was clean and had been looked after with care. A bit more milk in the room would be nice, along with a choice of two soft and two firm pillows.

The restaurant by reception was a real highlight. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all delicious, the coffee was great, and we even had a cocktail one night. We were visiting my mother at RNS Hospital, and Mecure St Leonards was perfectly placed for that, an easy walk away. The room was basic, but very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We’d highly recommend staying at the Mecure St Leonards.

The location worked perfectly for our visit to RNSH, and the hotel was easy to find and get to. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. We also really liked the on-site eatery, which served meals in the dining room or by room service.

The location wasn’t great, but it was the only hotel available within the company budget. The walls are thin, though the other guests were quiet at appropriate times. The hotel was clean, and I was surprised by how much variety there was in the gym equipment.
