Quest Griffith

The hotel is right in the city centre, close to amenities, and there was a nice light show in the park out front during our visit. Parking at the rear felt secure, and EV chargers are available in the carpark. Staff were superb and quick to handle queries, while check-in and checkout were easy and seamless. The gym is basic, had a roof leak when I visited, and could use more equipment. The ground floor plumbing also needs looking at: the bathroom smelled unpleasant as soon as we checked into our otherwise clean room.

5 stars for the staff alone. Joey at reception was extremely helpful with arranging bookings. Everything was sorted quickly, efficiently and kindly when the date changed for a sudden funeral. Quest apartments will be my family’s first choice whenever we come back to Griffith. Well done.

We’d go back anytime. Quest hotel was well located for meetings at the hospital, with coffee shops within walking distance. Our apartment room was clean and spacious, and everything in the kitchen and bathroom worked well. Reception staff were very friendly, and the parking was good and secure.

We barely slept that night and Quest Griffith never apologized, which made an already disappointing stay worse. On Boxing Day our neighbours were extremely noisy. I called the night manager twice, but the noise was still loud at 2:30 a.m. I felt the manager didn’t take my complaint seriously, even though I thought the police should have been called for the disturbance. Night-time management and guest care were very disappointing.
