A picturesque, challenging 9-hole course, and you really need to be accurate off the tee. The long rough swallows balls, so it's very unforgiving. I'll play here again next time I'm in the north, and hopefully bring my game along too.

The grounds and buildings at Quamby Estate are stunning, and having everything in one place made our wedding day feel relaxed and easy. Golf was even an option that morning. We booked the whole estate for the weekend in March, which gave us lovely time with our wedding party. Dannii and the Quamby staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating from beginning to end. Dannii also arranged the beverage package, and all the wines were incredible. A beautiful venue with great people.

At the Tomato and garlic festival on 15th March, the parking system took too long, about 37 minutes. The venue was shady, which was welcome on a sunny 26° day, and there were lots of stalls selling festival food and things to buy.

One night wasn't nearly enough, so I'll definitely come back. Georgie, the general manager, greeted us so warmly, and the rooms were beautifully appointed, with the historic, luxurious feel of the estate house. It was a chilly weekend, but fires were lit in the common areas. There were thoughtful touches everywhere, from a book-filled library and plenty of reading nooks to games and beautifully kept grounds for a walk.

Went for a round of golf and it didn't disappoint. The course was in great condition.
