The Beach Club is a great choice for a break with kids, whether they’re yours or someone else’s. Maria met us at airport pickup, was friendly and full of useful information, then checked us in and showed us to our room. She made the arrival feel special and helped us get the most out of our stay. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too.

We’ve stayed at several lovely places around the Whitsundays and beyond, including Hayman Island InterContinental and Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas, but we keep coming back to the Beach Club on Hamilton Island. We’ve returned for years, and this visit felt especially warm from the start. Elena, the Hotel Manager, personally collected us at the airport, which was such a welcoming touch. She’s clearly built a team that cares. Kinny in the restaurant and Laura at the front desk are two lovely examples, with every interaction feeling relaxed and focused on guests. The Beach Club makes us feel valued, and we’re proud to keep returning. Lisa and Peter can’t recommend it highly enough.

The food at the Beach Club was the best on the Island, hands down, and the rooms and view were excellent. I couldn’t fault the place. We’ll definitely return. A big reason our stay was so memorable was Geoffrey, who looked after us each morning. He welcomed us with a smile and genuine warmth, and made breakfast feel easy and personal. He knew the menu, noticed what we needed without hovering, and was always attentive and professional. His kind manner and easy conversation made us look forward to seeing him each day. Geoffrey is a real credit to the Beach Club team. Thanks for making our mornings such a highlight.

We’re already looking forward to another visit. This was our third stay, and one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. The food is sublime, and the chefs deserve real credit. Service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was outstanding. I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but Kinny, Alessandro, Carmila and Geoffrey deserve a special mention. The staff are what really stand out here. They go out of their way for guests, and are happy to chat about their Hamilton Island experiences. The rooms are beautiful, with Aesop toiletries and a patio or balcony facing Catseye Beach. We just love it. Thanks!

We had such a good stay, especially thanks to the restaurant and front desk teams. Bella, Sara, Emily, Brian, Kinny and Jorje are amazing, along with plenty of others whose names I can’t remember. Everyone was young, cheerful and welcoming, and they made an effort to chat and help us feel at home. Great place, happy atmosphere and wonderful service from everyone. Peter and Sarah
