Apartment 3 was spacious and luxurious, and the huge bathroom was accessible for someone with a disability. The modern building has four apartments and sits right on the water, with both a covered patio and an open deck. The large kitchen was well equipped with a range, oven, full-size fridge with cold water dispenser, and dishwasher. There’s a washer and dryer too. Sue from management was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you so much. This was the highlight of the places I stayed during my nearly three-week tour of beautiful Tasmania.

The lounge was comfortable, with a large TV and views across the water, and the spacious upstairs balcony had more lovely views. Sue was quick to respond and very accommodating when we made a request. The apartment itself is bright, clean and right beside the water, with two good-sized bedrooms, TVs in both, and comfortable beds. The huge bathroom is well appointed, with handheld and rain shower heads. The large kitchen has everything you need, including a big two-door fridge with a water dispenser.

Our upstairs apartment was spacious and so light and open, with a large balcony looking over the river. It was spotless and very peaceful. The kitchen was beautiful, the bathroom stunning and the sunny bedroom large. We’ve stayed a few times and will definitely come back.

The Leven River view is stunning, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy it from. It’s very well located, with a short walk over the bridge to one of the shopping precincts, and there’s ample parking on site. I’m glad I found this beautiful place. The apartment was clean, nicely finished and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and super comfy beds. One of the best places I’ve stayed, and I’ll definitely return.
