The customer service was great and very helpful. We arrived very late, but they let us book over the phone and made it easy to get into the room. It had everything we needed for a night. Unfortunately, there was a bad smell, plus we found a spider and cobwebs. Better cleaning would make the stay more pleasant.

We were left stranded and needed a room in Hamilton, with no other vacancies in town. We had first booked through Agoda, then called the motel directly to confirm and discuss check-in. A couple of days later, the motel called to say there were no vacancies.

The restaurant food was absolutely phenomenal, and the rooms are modern and well equipped. Top-notch service too. 10/10.

The decor was modern and clean, and restaurants were only a short walk away. Check-in was contactless. The shower was tight.

We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was excellent, one of the best motel restaurant meals I’ve had. It’s a very good place to eat even if you’re not staying at the motel. The rooms were very clean and well appointed, though quite small. Staff were friendly and helpful.
