Jennifer was an amazing host, juggling the accommodation and the cellar door so well. We bought a bottle of their Pinot Noir because it was delicious, and even got to feed the lambs. The property is beautiful and quiet, and this was a highlight of our time visiting the Grampians and GOR.

The cellar door felt cozy and welcoming, with delightful wine, lovely service and a great view of the vineyard. We stopped by Pierrepoint Cellar Door on a beautiful Sunday afternoon for a local experience, and that's exactly what we got. A great place to drop in for a glass and some lovely company, whether you're from the Hamilton region or just passing through.

I really enjoyed the Pinot Noir, it had a wonderful flavour. Pierre Point wines are even more appealing knowing the grapes are herbicide free and managed organically. A tasty organic wine option.

We went as part of a car club trip and had a lovely, personalised visit. The hosts were fantastic, and the quiet spot off the beaten track worked perfectly for our small to mid-size group. Lunch was a tasty cold spread with great cheese and cold meats, and the Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir were both very nice.

The wine was very nice, so we bought two bottles, though they were overpriced. We also paid $12 per head for a tasting and weren't given any deduction after buying wine. The sparkling and other whites were served warm, as if they'd been left out on the bench, and we were charged an EFTPOS fee too. The wine was great, but the cellar door experience felt unprofessional and spoiled it.
