We spent four days here without driving anywhere because the park had everything we needed. It works well for families or a getaway for two. The beach, sports ground, and shops are within walking distance, and there’s a cafe and petrol station right at the park. You can hire a bike or bring your own. My hubby got around on a scooter because of an old knee injury. The adults-only spa and lap pool were excellent. Hairdressing, beauty spa, and massage services are also on site and easy to book. We could order food from the cafe for pickup and take it back to our cabin, site, or accommodation. We’ll be back.

The kids were entertained all day at the brilliant pool and splash park, which gave the adults a chance to enjoy happy hour at Ripples. We stayed in a poolside villa for a week, and it was definitely better than I expected. The on-site cafe Ripples serves amazing food. I especially recommend the big smoke burger by the pool while the kids play. This place has it all, and we’ll definitely come back.

My four-year-old daughter had the best three days, and we’ll return when my son is older so he can enjoy it too. I came here as a little kid in the early 2000s and always remembered having a great time. After more than 25 years away, it still has its charm. This time we stayed in the holiday lodge, a peaceful part of the park. A lot has changed: the two old slides have been replaced with two massive fun slides, and there are now big apartments in front of the water park. I remember the little cabins I stayed in being there before. The reception staff were very nice and welcoming whenever I went by.

The rooms were clean, cozy, and lovely, and we loved staying here. The reception staff were super welcoming and accommodating. They even helped us find an item we’d left behind in the room. Loved it all ☺️
