Jacaranda Noosa

The apartment was pleasant and clean, and good value compared with other places in Noosa. Downstairs, the complex is mostly a car park with a pool. Some spaces are very hard to get into, even with a medium-sized car.

Our one-bedroom place at Jacaranda apartments on Hasting Street was a highlight in Noosa, tucked riverside and so peaceful. The kitchenette was sleek, the AC whisper quiet, and having laundry in the unit felt like a luxury. Everything was clean and functional, from the plush bedding to the heated pool that was tempting at sunset. Beaches, boutiques and buzzing cafes were just moments away. Kim the manager and Riley her assistant were incredibly kind and intuitive, and handled everything with Grace. Can't rave enough.

The balcony sofa had lovely views down the river, and it was quiet inside the fully equipped apartment. The beach and everything on Hastings street are close by, with kayak, paddleboard and boat rental right on the doorstep. The decor made the place feel stylish and upmarket, everything seemed new, and it was good value. Just note the reception hours. The out-of-hours check-in was easy and efficient. We’d stay again.

The apartment was clean and okay, but expensive for what it is. If you get a ground-floor one, the view is a hedge. Hastings St seems to have much of the accommodation, but next time I’d pay the 20% extra to stay across the road beachfront at Seahaven or Maison. The whole place has serious motel vibes, from the not-pretty concrete car park entrance on Hastings to the pool area. Looking at all the five-star reviews, maybe my expectations were too high, or they’re suspicious.
