Saltus Luxury Accommodation

The views were lovely and relaxing, with lots of green around, and the spa bath was so good. Heated bathroom floors and towel racks were a great touch. We stayed over the Australia Long Day weekend and really enjoyed it. There was plenty of space and everything we needed. Booking by phone was easy, the lady I spoke to was very helpful, and the check-in email was detailed. Our main issue was the dust downstairs in the bedroom. My partner has asthma and found it really challenging. With the lights off, shining a torch showed a shocking amount of dust floating around. A handwash by the kitchen sink would also be nice, though that’s a small thing. We still absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.

We loved our stay in Saltus 3. The owners were super nice and accommodated our check-in and check-out requests. It’s in a great spot, within walking distance of some nice bars and restaurants in Hepburn. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook, then enjoy movies by the fireplace. Unlike what some other reviews said, we found the mattress and pillows soft and comfortable.

We came here to get away and switch off, and have loved staying here. There’s enough room not to be on top of each other, with a kitchen, dining area, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and even a washing machine. The kitchen is just the right size. On arrival we got a lovely picnic box and bottle of wine. The balcony felt so peaceful, almost as if nobody else was around. There was a little street noise, but it barely registered in such a quiet place. The weather changed from sunny to rainy and it didn’t matter. There are lots of great food places within walking distance, shops and more eateries a short drive away, plus nice country walks and plenty of spa places. We’ll definitely keep it on our list of places to return to.

Sitting snug and warm on the couch by the fire, we could watch kangaroos grazing outside for hours. The apartments are beautiful, with heated bathroom floors, towel racks and a spa bath. The other bedroom had a huge bath overlooking the lovely landscape. One of the best places I’ve stayed. Highly recommend.
