Sarah was a fantastic host, and the space itself is gorgeous. It’s a great spot, close to the Lost Captain. The bed was comfy, the linens were nice, and the little breakfast package was sweet. Everything felt just right. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

I stayed here back in 2016, so this review is pretty late. The hosts were amazing, and the breakfast they left for me would have been enough for four people. They even sent me off with fresh-baked muffins in a bag. Still the best I’ve had.

We liked it so much that we booked another night. Walton house is the nicest boutique accommodation we’ve stayed in. The guest lounge feels so welcoming, and it opens onto a charming courtyard. Our room was beautifully appointed, with a kitchenette better equipped than some apartments I’ve stayed in. It was great having both a bath and a shower, and the welcome pack and drink choices were fantastic. Getting into the room with the electronic lock was easy. Sarah was friendly and helpful, checking that we had everything we needed. A truly wonderful stay.

Communication from the owners was excellent throughout, and we wished we could stay longer. This boutique B&B in Huonville was just right for our overnight visit. It has two suites with high-quality furnishings, plus a shared lounge with a dining area and fireplace. We also recommend the Lost Captain Restaurant and Tap House for dinner and drinks. It’s a short walk into town from the property.
