The creek view through those big bedroom windows is amazing, and the bungalows feel lovely inside, with timber floors and fresh paint. Our patio opened onto two sun loungers, which was a nice touch. I moved a few things around before taking the photos. I do think the website should show the bungalow interiors. Most of what you're booking isn't pictured, and some people may hesitate without seeing the space. That feels like a missed opportunity, because the inside is so comfortable and impressive.

We had a really relaxing weekend at Anglesea Lodge. It's right by the water, has a private jetty, and is an easy walk into Huskisson. Inside and out, the Lodge was very clean, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. Mark was a friendly host. We'd definitely come back, and I'd happily recommend staying here if you're visiting Huskisson.

We had a great time and will definitely return. Mark, the owner, is very friendly and can point you towards good local places to visit. The new cabins are comfortable and well equipped, right at the water's edge. There's a long private jetty for fishing, and it seems like a great spot for a romantic getaway too.

The cabins are new and clean, but the view at low tide is just a puddle, nothing like the heavenly blue lagoon in the pictures. I thought the location looked beautiful from those photos. The tap water also has a bitter, chemical taste, so I wouldn't use it for drinking or cooking.

We spent Christmas here every year from around 1988 until 2000. I was about seven on our first visit. At low tide we'd hunt for crabs, and at high tide the jetty was good for catching flathead. The older couple who ran the place back then were lovely. Good memories.
