The beds were comfortable, the customer service was lovely, and the location is fantastic for shops and beaches. There’s good parking on site, with overflow spaces across the road, and the air con worked well. We could hear loud flushing and water running when guests in neighbouring rooms showered, but it didn’t last long. I’d stay again :)

Communication over WhatsApp was easy and responsive, and the automated check-in and checkout were straightforward. The staff were helpful too, and let me shower after checkout when I got back from a trail run. The weekend peak price felt steep for an older room, though I understand they have renovated rooms, including the one I showered in. Thanks!

Jervis Bay Motel was a stop on our six-day road trip, and its rooms were the best of anywhere we stayed. It’s conveniently located along the town’s commercial strip. My son left his jacket on a bench in the parking lot, and the team went beyond standard service to send it to our final destination. Special thanks to Rhiannon for patiently answering our emails and making sure it reached us via Australian Post. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We loved the location, a short walk from everything in Huskisson, and the apartment was newly renovated and very clean. The shower pressure was amazing, and the air con and self check-in were useful. We were a couple, so sharing a bathroom wasn’t an issue, but friends or family using the second room’s two single beds would have to share the bathroom in the main bedroom, which would affect privacy. Two blind panels were missing too. That meant less privacy, though luckily no one came up to the front door to peer in. It was a fantastic stay.

A really nice, modern room with all the features needed for a short stay. I could hear people in the rooms nearby, though they may have been louder than most.
