I've stayed here quite a few times, and it has what I look for: spacious, comfortable rooms at an affordable price, kept clean and close to amenities. Most of all, the staff are friendly, accommodating, and understanding. Definitely recommend.

The rooms are kept very clean and well maintained, with reliable internet and TV. The new owners are doing a great job. They're warm and attentive, and staff are quick to help whenever you have a question. Highly recommend.

The new manager, Sunil, really made an impression. He was friendly and honest, and went out of his way to help me when he didn't have to. That kind of down-to-earth service is rare these days. The common areas look great, and the whole place feels fresh and welcoming. I've stayed at Top of the Town Motel many times, and the change under the new management is huge. The rooms are clean and well equipped, with nicer furniture and big TVs. The bed is comfortable, the air con is excellent, everything works, and the fridge is quiet, which matters. Water pressure is great too. I'd highly recommend it to anyone passing through Inverell.

The new owners are lovely and have clearly put a lot of work into freshening the place up. We had a fantastic stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a Smart Tv, aircon, and a fully working private bathroom. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The staff did everything they could to make our visit enjoyable, and the rooms were very clean. Service was excellent. I couldn't recommend it more.
