The restaurant was absolutely terrible, sorry to say, and was the only letdown. The room was lovely and clean, the bed very comfortable, and it was quiet with no traffic noise. Staff were kind and helpful. I rate the rooms and service highly.

Three drunk tradesmen in the room next door kept drinking and yelling until 3 am on our first night, though our room itself was clean. We were promised a discounted rate for the extra night, but my card was later charged the full rate. I left two voicemail messages to ask about the charge and nobody called back.

Good value, clean and quiet, with everything tidy. Both hospitals and the city area are only about six or seven minutes away. There are great burgers across the road.

The room had a damp, musty smell, and road noise went on all night. Reception closed at 7. I called at 4 to say I'd arrive late, but when I got there, they wanted a bond of 10 and the safe combination even though I'd prepaid. Why couldn't they have sorted that at 4 like other hotels in Australia? It wasted an hour of my life. I'd only stay if there was nowhere else.

We stayed two nights in a cute little studio. It was spotless and tidy, and the staff were lovely. I'll definitely come back.
