The breakfast supplies were especially handy on mornings when we had early tours, and having a free washing machine was a nice bonus. We spent seven nights here and loved the comfy, spotless place and its lush gardens. Leonie made us feel so welcome, and Salt won us over too, especially with the coconut gift! The hot tub was lovely for winding down. We’ll miss this little haven and hope to come back.

We couldn’t sleep for two days and ended up leaving before our booking was over, so this wasn’t a holiday for us. The room had cobwebs, the carpet was dirty, and the towels smelled. There were frogs croaking, and the owners’ dog barked repeatedly, despite the listing saying pets weren’t allowed. I also found the owner rude. The description should mention these nature-related conditions. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Leonie made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. She was kind and went out of her way to help, which made a real difference. The accommodation is tucked into beautiful natural surroundings, with a calm, peaceful feel that made it easy to relax and recharge. The place itself has a lot of care and beauty in its details. We had an unforgettable time and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility and personal hospitality.

My father and I would love to be welcome back in the future. Leonie’s hospitality made our stay in her beautiful home unforgettable, and we really appreciated everything she did. Thank you!

The breakfast supplies were a lovely surprise: eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereal, milk, tea, and coffee. We felt at home for the few days we were there, and everything was very clean. Leonie was helpful and flexible about our late arrival and departure, which we appreciated after a long journey. Staying surrounded by the forest and its sounds felt magical. She had even left earplugs in case the frogs got too loud. The barbecue was a big plus. Our private kitchen and the shared outdoor kitchen were both practical and well equipped. We didn’t try the outdoor spa, though it looked amazing. We had one of our best BnB experiences here.
