Best Western Plus The Ranges Karratha

I’ve stayed here for work and holidays, and it’s worked well for both. The unit has a useful kitchen for making your own meals, plus a built-in laundry in the bathroom. My room was spotless and well presented. Excellent all round.

The restaurant did a great breakfast and dinner, with daily dinner specials too. Service was amazing, and being a short distance from town was ideal. The room had everything I needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, full-size fridge, stove and TV. They’d switched on the air con before I arrived, which was lovely after the heat. It was a refreshing place to come back to after a long day. I’d happily book again next time I’m up there and would recommend it to anyone.

The cafe was closed, so we had to drive into town for dinner and breakfast. The location is around 1.5 to 2 km from town, depending on where you’re headed. Our room was spacious and clean, and the facilities seemed good, though we were only there one night and didn’t use the pool or gym. Staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and reception was open when we arrived. There’s a drop-off box for early checkout. We did have some confusion about payment.

The staff were awesome and found us a room at the last minute, otherwise we’d have been stranded. It’s a welcoming, really clean place, with fresh air in the rooms and all the appliances you need. The pool is there to enjoy and is kept very clean too.
