The rooms were filthy, damaged, and smelled awful. The sheets and pillowcases were stained and had a strong smell, like they hadn't been washed since the previous stay. There was mould in the coffee machine and milk frother, and both smelled horrible. Cutlery and mugs still had food and drink marks on them. The microwave was gross, and the washing machine was dirty and mouldy too. The shower had soap scum and rust around it and the doors. We couldn't use the balcony because its door was locked and we weren't given a key. The toilet roll holder was coming off the wall, and several kitchen cupboard doors had come off their hinges or were missing screws, so they wouldn't open and shut properly. The two bath towels were old and different sizes and materials. I would not recommend staying here. It's way overpriced for the filth you have to sleep in.

The room itself was spacious, fairly nice, convenient to use, and felt safe. It was okay for one night, but the bathroom, especially the toilet, wasn't really clean. After seeing that, we didn't want to try the kitchen things. There was no reception, and we'd only learned about the self-entry instructions by SMS and email. We had little signal and no internet when we arrived, so finding out how to get in was confusing and inconvenient. We were moving from Darwin to Perth with a lot of belongings, and our room was on the second floor. The elevator seemed broken, which made hauling everything up difficult. With someone at reception, that might have been an easy fix.

We arrived late and worn out from travelling, so we ended up spending the night there. The room had a really nasty smell, and when we checked the cutlery drawer, the utensils hadn't even been washed. There was black mould growing on the shower floor, the basin hadn't been wiped, and the sheets were dirty and stained. We emailed the manager right away and only got the bill in response. No clean sheets were brought to the room, so we put our swag on top of the bed. If sleeping somewhere like that is what you're after, this is the place. Don't use the bed unless you want to get some std.

I've only ever had top service here, so I can't believe the bad reviews. The rooms are spotless, there's good wifi, plenty of room for cases, and complimentary nespresso pods. The views from searipple are majestic. I can struggle with stairs, and they always put me on the ground floor. I've also had early checkin, and it's always the same friendly receptionist taking calls. Thanks Latitude. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

My company booked me in, and after a week here the rubbish still hasn't been taken out or the sheets changed. The bed stinks, and I don't think the sheets were changed before I arrived either. The sofa is heavily stained and dirty. It's grotty and dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Have a good look for yourself before renting. Absolutely disgusting. Don't believe the fake reviews.
