The food was good, especially the steak sandwich, which had a really well-cooked steak. The bed was comfy and the location was great, but it felt like the place was missing some personality. We had to wait 15 minutes at check-in for someone to appear, and in the restaurant bar it took half an hour before I asked to have the aircon switched on because I was sweltering. The pool was closed, and although the room was nice, there was mould on the ceiling above the bed. It was an okay stay, I guess that's Pilbara pricing.

The food seemed a bit pricey for what you get, and there are much better options nearby. The room itself was really nice, with a 4K TV, fridge and tea station. Housekeeping and reception were both friendly and helpful.

The location was good and the food was good, though the bar menu had very little choice. But the front desk was never staffed, the water pressure was awful and the showers were dirty. The price didn't feel right for the service or quality.

The gardens and pool were a lovely little oasis at the end of the day. I had beautiful food and great service from reception through to the restaurant. It was a great business stay, with everything close by.

I came in for dinner and paid $50 for a T-bone with chips and vegetables. It was a very ordinary meal, especially at that price. Come on, guys, the quality should match what you charge.
