The rooms and shared areas were consistently clean. It offers a dependable, comfortable stay and quality service in Karratha.

The staff's kindness and dedication stood out most, from the restaurant servers to the maintenance team. Everyone was professional and lovely. We enjoyed a couple of nights here as a family, and the clean, comfortable facilities and nice bed made for a pleasant stay. The gardens were lovely and the food was tasty. The pool was sparkling, including the glass fence panels, and having bar service with a smile by the pool was a nice extra. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable. We'd definitely return.

We popped in for a meeting and ended up staying for drinks and a swim. Serena & Bastien were great at suggesting cocktails and making sure we were well looked after. They made the whole visit astounding, far beyond what we expected. We'll be back for sure!

I've stayed at the KI for years when travelling for work, and it's been a reliable place. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the pool is good. The restaurant menu is limited, though. It doesn't have a burger, which is my usual go-to when travelling, but the pepperoni pizza is good. Breakfast is a very basic buffet, and honestly, not nice. Still, a good stay.
