The fenced pool was great for a safe splash with our three-year-old, and having a fridge and microwave in the room made snacks easy. We were there with family in February, and the Katherine Motel team made us feel at home. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Clean and safe, five stars.

I arrived from Montisa on 7 March, caught up in the frightening floods in Katherine. The motel gave me a comfortable room and free food, and the staff and management checked many times that I had enough to eat and was safe. I really appreciated their generosity. The owner also runs meditation sessions for the wellbeing of the Katherine community. After a session, he predicted the water would drop from 8 March, and it did. May God bless them 🙏

The meals were absolutely delicious, every one better than I expected. I was in Katherine Motel for a work trip in mid-January, and the location was handy for everything while still being quiet enough to unwind. After long days, the spotless pool was a refreshing treat. Traveling alone, I appreciated how caring and welcoming the staff were, and I felt safe the whole time. My room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with plenty of room to recharge. I had a great stay and would come back on my next trip.

I got an executive room upgrade, with a huge comfortable bed and a great mattress, plus a fantastic armchair for relaxing. The room was very clean. The place is conveniently near the supermarket in the city centre, and has a pool and an outdoor kitchen. Staff were kind and very helpful. A really nice place to stay, and I’d recommend it.

We were caught in the Katherine floods and had nowhere to stay, so I walked into Katherine Motel. They gave flood victims free food, and my wife and I got a newly renovated room. The management and staff were really nice and helpful through a tough time. May God bless them.
