The Labradors were the part I loved most. So friendly and full of warmth, they made our stay feel extra special. We were there for my sister-in-law’s wedding, and from the owner’s lovely welcome onward, everything felt easy and homey. The gardens are beautiful, the place was peaceful, spotless, and clearly well cared for. The breakfast supplies were a thoughtful bonus too. I’d give it 10 stars if I could, and we’ll be telling everyone about this BnB.

Those gardens made us want to sit outside with wine and cheese, and Bindley House B&B Cottages is also close enough to walk to nearby pubs and restaurants. It’s just off the main road, with off-street parking. Jen, the hostess, was so relaxed and welcoming that within minutes it felt like we’d known her for years. This was our first B&B, and it set a high bar for any others. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfortable Queen bed and a good-sized bathroom with a spa/shower combo. The kitchen had plenty of breakfast options, tea and coffee, and the utensils needed to cook breakfast ourselves. We’d definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

The only thing I struggled with was the big spa in the room being used as the shower. I was worried I might fall, so I didn’t use it. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The host was lovely and welcoming, the rooms were beautiful, and it’s a great spot for a weekend away. We had breakfast supplies to cook with, and they kindly let us bring our two dogs.

Our overseas visitors had a relaxing getaway at Bindley House B&B, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The host Jenni was warm and attentive, making sure we had what we needed. The room was comfortable and cozy, breakfast was delicious, and the property and amenities were excellent. All the little details seemed thoughtfully handled. We’d happily recommend it.
