Kimba Units

On my trip from Kalgoorlie to Melbourne, this was just what I needed. The place was clean and tidy, and I could park my motorbike right outside the door. I appreciated having a proper bottle of milk for coffee instead of tiny portions. The bed was comfy and the shower was AMAZING. It also looks pet friendly, which is a bonus for me.

The location was great, and the washer and dryer were useful. I also appreciated the well equipped kitchen, appliances and utensils, along with the generous number of towels. The unit felt cosy and lived in, a bit like my grandma’s house. It was older, but things still worked and the place had its own charm. There was food left in the fridge that wasn’t ours, which put us off. The oven was dated and slow to heat. It was a comfortable, convenient stay with character, though cleanliness needs a little more attention.

For less than $125, I had a lovely self contained one bedroom unit with a homely feel. After driving from Perth I was tired and needed a shower, a kitchen, a large bathroom, a lounge, and a comfortable queen bed. It was awesome. Parking across the road was no problem.

It felt like a home away from home, and it’s a great place to stay, especially with pets. I’ll definitely book here again. Thanks Chris! Ryan
