This might be OK for a night, but don't expect things to get fixed quickly. The rooms are very basic, the smart TVs have no internet connection, and the laundry and BBQ both cost extra. The pool isn't open. Staff wouldn't listen to my concerns and were happy to argue about them.

The rooms are simple but comfortable. What stood out was how helpful the manager, Kate, was. Because of an unexpected family situation, we made some last-minute requests, and she accommodated us with kindness and a smile.

The welcome was good at first, but the bed was uncomfortable, there was no towel for the shower, and the WiFi lasted only 20 minutes. Thankfully, it was just one night.

Julie was so welcoming. We were grateful for the warm, clean room and comfortable beds after being out in the cold. The shower was lovely in the morning, and we liked the personal touches and positive messages on the doors. Hope to see you and your cute little welcoming dog again soon!

A good affordable option for one or two nights: the room was pet friendly and the beds were comfy. It was quite cold that night, though, and the bathroom was freezing because of the type of window.
