The location worked well for us, close to Kings Beach and the lovely walking path along the esplanade. Inside, the apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were modern and roomy, the beds were great, and the lounge was comfortable.

A fantastic spot, with all the amenities close by. We loved our stay and will come back on future Sunny Coast trips whenever we can.

The showers and bath were clean, but the rest of the place needed work. The kitchen drawers were dirty, and I had to wash the utensils before using them. The sink was dirty too, and the online photos looked nothing like the apartment I got. Bedding and Manchester need updating: the bedspreads looked years old, and the cushions were faded and dirty. It's a good location, but definitely not 4.5 stars. I've travelled around Europe a few times and found their motels and apartments spotless. Why can't Australia manage that?

Decent enough budget place for a weekend, and it's near a really cute beach. The location was great.

We had a beautiful stay. The room was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed, plus more. The service was impeccable, and the male staff member who greeted us was so kind and helpful. Big kudos to the lovely staff for finding us a room at short notice. I can't speak highly enough of the experience.
