The barbecue was dirty, and so were the balcony tiles. I had to sweep and then scrub them. The balcony furniture and cushions needed cleaning, and I had to put a zip tie around one chair arm. At night, it was dangerous going up the outside steps with no light. Inside, I had to hold the wall while climbing the first flight of stairs. I wouldn’t stay there again.
