The restaurant was a bright spot: the steak was divine, and the gluten-free pizza was excellent with no cross-contamination issues. The stay itself left us with no desire to return or recommend the resort. There were hardly any in-room amenities apart from tea, coffee, and a kettle. As competitive bodybuilders, we need a microwave, though I should have checked beforehand. The underground parking was full, so we used the outdoor lot. In the rain it was poorly lit, and we tracked mud into the room. The air conditioner needs servicing: its filter was filthy and it wasn't working efficiently. The pillows felt hard as straw, and the mattress had no topper. A team member named James (Jamie) emailed my husband accusing him of taking a cup and a chopping board. There isn't even a toaster, so having a chopping board wasn't something we'd reasonably expect. He also said he'd tried to call us and we were unavailable, although we run a business and received calls all day.

The room was spotless and well cared for, and there were plenty of amenities. It's a very nice resort near the beach and coastal walk. Highly recommend staying here when visiting the Coffs Coast.

Service was nonexistent, and there wasn't even a dedicated parking spot nearby for our vehicle. For a so-called Penthouse suite, this place is a joke, especially at a premium price for a suite so far below standard. The carpet and chairs were stained and so disgusting that we put towels down before sitting on the furniture. There was water damage in the kitchen, the fridge was filthy, and the walls had huge stains and damage. Would not recommend.

The restaurant food was nice and reasonably priced, but I won't be back. The outdated room was too expensive for what we got, and a shower dripped constantly all night, keeping me from sleeping. In the morning, our next-door neighbour smoked on the balcony and the horrible cigarette smell blew into our room. I tried calling reception at 6:30am, but no one answered. Overall, a horrible experience.

We've stayed here twice and been impressed both times. The rooms are tidy and adequate, though we spend most of our time enjoying the activities instead of staying inside. The pools are great fun, and the beach is gorgeous. The on-site restaurant serves a lovely buffet breakfast. We also had dinner there, and the food was quite good, with amazing pizzas. Prices are decent. Parking is a bit of a lucky dip, but it wasn't a major issue. Shops, cafes, restaurants, beaches, and the jetty are a short drive away. This place is great.
