The location was great, and I was pleased with the room itself. The heated indoor pool was great too, apart from four nuisance unsupervised boys repeatedly doing bombs into the water and disturbing other guests. Maybe remind people at check-in that children need an adult with them in the pool. We could hear a lot of noise in the room, including guests upstairs and the entry door opening and closing.

The indoor heated pool was nice, and the hotel is right on the Esplanade in Lakes Entrance. The location is great for the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. There’s plenty for families to do nearby, including beach visits, boat hire, mini golf and parks. Lots of good dining options and seafood restaurants too, including Sodafish and Sea Shanty on Myer, both close to Bellevue.

The location is good, but the place feels pretty worn. It could use a bedroom ceiling fan, a clothes horse, a dish rack, screens on the doors, and a newer TV. Not sure why there's a DVD player. 5/10.

Reception were very focused on customers, and the room had the facilities I needed for a night. You can hear quite a lot from other guests, though. Otherwise, it was what I expected, in a good location.

The location made it easy to explore, and the hotel amenities added to the stay. My room was spotless, stylish and really comfortable. From arrival onwards, I felt looked after, with friendly, attentive staff ready to help.
