We stopped for one night on our way elsewhere and had a spacious, clean family room. The staff were polite, and there's a nice little restaurant, nothing fancy, with great cocktails. The pools are nice, though the indoor one could do with an update. It's a bit of a lovely walk into town and to the beach. A well maintained place for a few family nights, recommended.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, and check-in and checkout both went smoothly during our three-night stay. The indoor pool area was busy. The couches were old and nearly worn out, and some windows were jammed, so those could really use repair or an upgrade. The restaurant had decent meals and a nice vibe for a meal or two, though we preferred nearby restaurants for more choice. We got a good price by booking a non-refundable apartment. For a refundable option, I'd try somewhere else next time for a different experience, but based on this stay I wouldn't mind coming back. Local shops and restaurants are walkable or just a few minutes' drive away.

Our two-bedroom apartment was modern, spacious and very clean, with a fully functional kitchen plus a washing machine and dryer. It was quiet, and I didn't hear any plumbing noise from other rooms. We liked the location and the ample parking. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Best place to stay in Lakes entrance, we'll return :)

We were really happy with this apartment for our three nights, Thursday through Saturday. It was modern and clean, with all the kitchen appliances we needed, plus a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a good hairdryer. The staff were lovely, the price was very good, and we could get everywhere easily. We couldn't fault it and will make the trip from Sydney to stay again.

For $370, I expected some service, but there wasn't any. The room was dirty, and we had to wash our own dishes and take out the rubbish. When I requested another blanket, the front desk said the hotel was fully booked and wouldn't provide one. This was the worst hotel service I've experienced. I don't think it deserves a four-star rating.
