The courtyard just outside the room was lovely on a warm afternoon or evening, and the room itself was nice. If you stay, I'd choose the king room since the queen room is smaller. Marie and Irvin were friendly and attentive, and it's a charming little B&B. Breakfast is what kept my rating down: some bread, waffles and crumpets were in the freezer and seemed to have been there a while, and one loaf had a very old use-by tag. Better quality and presentation at breakfast would make this an affordable, very good place to stay.

We stayed in the spacious, nicely decorated King suite, with a comfortable feel. The home has two guest suites, Queen and King, each with its own bedroom and ensuite, plus a shared living and dining room. The property is beautiful, set on Lankeys Creek between Jingellic and Holbrook, and Mr and Mrs Gregg were lovely hosts. Finding it after dark was a little difficult. The generous American breakfast was unremarkable.

The guest breakfast room had a good range of food. Our bedroom and sitting room were very well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The owners were gracious. It's a small 25 acre farm, with a babbling brook at the bottom of the hill. After rain, though, the brook can really rush along.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. My wife and I loved the spacious room and its double spa at this rustic bnb tucked into the hillside of Jingelic. I've stayed in bnb's around the world and would put this one in my top five. A great stop on the Sydney to Melbourne run, and well worth a visit.

The owners graciously took our very last minute booking. We found beautiful surrounds, a comfortable bed and a hot shower, plus a great range of breakfast food. The hosts were very friendly. What a wonderful place.
