Albury Holiday Park

I didn't feel welcome or respected here, and wouldn't recommend staying. The manager was aggressive and confrontational with me during my stay. I asked a basic question and instead of helping, she became hostile, which made the whole place feel tense and uncomfortable.

We were travelling home from nsw to Melbourne and had booked one night, but a genuine car emergency left us stranded in Batemans bay. The car couldn't be driven and had to be towef back to Melbourne, so I cancelled because we couldn't make it. When I contacted the park to ask about the cancellation and reimbursement, they said there'd be no refund because we'd booked through booking.com and cancelled within 5 days of the stay. Most places offer a refund up to 24hrs beforehand. We paid $245 for a stay we never got. This park is a money grab. Be proud of ripping off a disability pensioner and family just to be greedy. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We arrived after hours in two large motorhomes, each 7.2m, and got clear directions to our sites. The drive through option was especially handy, and the staff were welcoming. Amenities were spotless and the hot showers were decent. More affordable than most parks, and a great stopover. Would highly recommend.

Natalie was so friendly and helpful when we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay. She rearranged the bookings so we could stay on the same site. We enjoyed the quiet location and spotless facilities, and the amenities smelled really fresh when you walked in. Would recommend this park.
