Flagstone Cottage was spacious, tidy and very comfortable, with super comfortable beds. The hosts were attentive and supplied everything we needed. It’s a five minute walk to the main shops and a quick drive to the bore baths. Trucks on the main road can make things a bit loud, but that comes with being on the road and wouldn’t stop me booking again. Great value, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

After a long day of driving, arriving at such a comfortable, homely and spotless cottage was an absolute treat. It had everything our family needed, and we were sad to only have a short stay. We can’t wait to come back. Jo was so helpful when we needed last-minute accommodation while travelling with three small kids and a dog. Many thanks!

The hosts were so obliging and helpful with ideas and local knowledge about things to see and do in town and nearby. The cottage was fully equipped and very comfortable, in a quiet spot right in the middle of Lightning Ridge. We wanted to move in full time! We’ll be back.

We stayed three nights and really enjoyed it. The price felt very reasonable for everything included, especially the WiFi and air conditioning, which we appreciated in the heat. Flagstone cottage was well maintained and worked perfectly for two couples. It has three bedrooms, two very comfortable queen beds and one single bed, plus two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a spa bath. There’s also a spacious lounge with a large TV, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, laundry, a clothesline with pegs, and a BBQ that we used. The outdoor seating was very comfortable too. We’d stay again.

Harlequin Cottage was spacious, clean and comfortable for our three night stay. The two-bedroom place has a BBQ and outdoor seating, along with undercover parking. Its quiet, central position put some tourist attractions and the main street, with its range of places to eat, within walking distance.
