Ramada Hotel & Suites Sydney Cabramatta

The staff really made the three-night New Year break for us. Housekeeping were friendly and helpful the whole time, and the chef and breakfast staff were deliciously accommodating and focused on guests. Breakfast was delicious. The room was neat and well maintained, and the stay was great value for the price. Highly recommended if you want somewhere comfortable and affordable!

I was welcomed with a warm smile, and the hotel staff were lovely. The facilities were reasonable, though the pool needed a thorough vacuum, and surface spray at the room entrances could help with cleanliness. Meals were generous in size. The cigarette smell was quite off-putting. It was in the restaurant and, at times, in my room too. I'd rate the stay 3.5 out of 5.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed, and the staff made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for sightseeing, and it was good value for money. Highly recommend.

There wasn't even a rack in the shower for shampoo, and the room had no phone or microwave, just a useless hair dryer. The breakfast was so limited it didn't deserve the price. The rooms were dirty: the carpet was full of fluff and dirt, and cleaners told me I wouldn't get full service until the fourth night, even though I'd paid for four nights. The shutters let in light and noise. The hotel was noisy, with trolleys moving just outside the rooms in the morning, loud guests screaming and talking outside all the time, and noisy vehicles running for 20 hours a day on the two high-traffic streets the hotel sits between. If you're going there to relax, forget it.
