There are constant smells and loud noises, and visitors seem to come and go without being managed. Poor behaviour from other clients is allowed, and it leaves people feeling unsafe in their own space. Clients have left out of fear, including when younger individuals are there. The owner seems nice, but is far too lenient with the property. It's become a free for all. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It needs to be shut down.

The rooms all have mold, and the area isn't very clean. The people there were horrible, and management did nothing about the terrible things going on. I was appalled by my stay, especially thinking of vulnerable people. I've made a formal complaint to health and safety because none of it seemed safe, healthy, or hygienic. Please reconsider how you treat your guests and your property.

It's a handy place roughly midway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the usual shampoo and other basics provided. The setup is somewhere between a backpackers and an apartment, with a communal kitchen as well as kitchenettes in the rooms. There's also a pool table and an outdoor hydro spa. My only small gripe was the hallway noise. You could hear people walking past at any time.

A horrible stay. Kids were running up and down the hallway at 10pm, and management did nothing. The floors are made of cheap material, so all that noise carried through.
