The staff went out of their way to help when we realised my daughter's card was missing during our visit for a dance competition. We were really grateful, and the late check-in instructions had been clear; an on-call person answered when we needed help. My daughter, who is nine, had lovely things to say about the stay, especially the spacious apartment, the pool and the super lovely staff. I loved the location, close to shops, with beautiful views and a beautiful apartment. Five stars, and we'd definitely stay again.

The apartment was roomy enough for everyone to be comfortable, and the pool and BBQ areas were fabulous and got plenty of use. The location is great and the staff are very friendly. We'd happily stay again.

We have a large family, so we always choose the Lanai Riverside Apartments. The spacious, clean apartments give everyone their own room. The kids love the pool, and the BBQ area works really well for getting together. Highly recommend.

We spent a month in a small apartment here. It was compact, but had everything we needed, and our privacy was well maintained. The serviced apartment team were helpful. It's a safe, accessible place, with a post box and secure parking.

I was here for five nights while my husband was in MacKay Base Hospital, and the staff couldn't have been more obliging. Staying in a spacious, tasteful apartment with a lovely balcony was so much nicer than being in a motel room for several nights. I made lots of use of the great pool, and the place is close to a supermarket, restaurants and bike hire. Loved my stay at Lanai apartments, can't rate them highly enough. Highly recommend.
