The pool was lovely and clean, and the manager made us feel very welcome. We had a comfortable, very clean pet friendly room for the night, and his personality really suited the role. We'd gladly stay again. Highly recommend for anyone travelling with pets.

The room was larger than most, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower pressure was 10/10, and there was complimentary water in the fridge too. Even with planes passing low overhead, one earplug meant I couldn't hear them in the room. We got a very friendly, helpful welcome despite checking in late at the last minute. Would recommend and stay again if needed, thanks.

There are plenty of parking spaces, and the lock box made after hours check in easy. The staff were friendly too. Our spacious room felt clean and modern, with tropical plants around the central pool and lots of outdoor places to sit and relax. Handy location.

The biscuits in the room were crawling with ants. I opened one wrapped biscuit with my tea and about a hundred ants came out over my hands. The second biscuit was the same. After driving seven hours north, we didn't have much choice but to take the tiny single room they offered when we arrived in April. We'd booked through the Quantas app, but were told our room wasn't available. They blamed Quantas, though I don't agree. The room had a patched wall and cost $50 less than what we'd booked; they said they'd refund the difference, but I still haven't received it. When the motel emailed asking for a review, I explained the biscuit problem and the refund. A month later, they still hadn't replied or paid it back. I wouldn't stay there again.
