Motel Marengo was the cleanest motel I’ve stayed at. The price felt fair for the location, and the amenities were good, including heated blankets. I’m so grateful for the high standard of cleanliness compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and decent Wi-Fi. The reception officially works until 8pm, but we arrived 20 minutes earlier and found everything closed, so we had to make calls and wait. That wasn’t a great first impression. The swimming pool is neglected and doesn’t look like the photos.

A perfect little motel right on the main road. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the staff are really friendly and ready to help when needed.

A clean, reliable place for a stay on your own, in a great location and at a fair price. The Asian couple who run it are very kind and welcoming.

We stayed at Motel Marengo two days ago. It was clean, and the service was very professional. It’s only about a kilometre out of town, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
