Tracey took care of dinner bookings and even gave us a lift into town and back so we could have a drink. Her local suggestions really shaped our stay, and she was warm, thoughtful, and so helpful. Karri House B&B is peaceful and beautiful, with birds around the lovely gardens, and all the details, even the towels, felt top quality. It’s worth finding Tracey directly through her website, since she no longer advertises on the big booking sites. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.

Tracey’s generosity and advice about local attractions went well beyond what we expected. She knows the restaurants around here and has a real eye for aesthetics. Karri House is her beautiful home, set among gorgeous gardens in a quiet neighbourhood, about an easy 30-minute walk from Margaret River centre. It was simply a marvellous stay, and we hope to return someday.

Tracey knows the wineries, places to eat, beaches, and nature walks so well that she can put together an itinerary that really suits your stay. Get in touch well before you arrive. Karri House is surrounded by lovely gardens, with wildlife all around, and it’s a wonderfully warm place to spend a few days exploring the region. There are plenty of great dining options in town, about a half-hour walk along nature trails. Staying in the fabulous SW corner of WA with Tracey at Karri House made us want to reset our bucket list. Enjoy, eat, stay, love x

Getting to know Tracey’s amazing animals out back on the farm and seeing the fruit trees she grows and tends herself were my favourite parts. Her home felt welcoming, comfortable, clean, relaxed, and fun, and she knows the Margaret River area so well that she helped us make the most of our time. She makes the best breakfasts, too. My husband and I had the time of our lives staying with her. It’s an absolute slice of heaven, and I’d recommend Tracey to anyone planning a getaway here. Simply the best!

We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The house sits in beautiful gardens, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean. Breakfast was wonderful, made with fresh local produce, including fruit and eggs from Tracey’s garden. Tracey made us feel at home and took care over every detail, with a lovely personal touch. Her advice on what to see, do, and where to eat was excellent, with the sort of local insight that helped us get into restaurants that are hard to book.
