Beach on Sixth was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony and two bathrooms, which came in handy. Cafes, a beautiful bakery and nice places to eat are nearby, and the hosts were wonderful and so accommodating. They marked places to eat on a map, which was really helpful. I’d suggest adding a lamp for a bit of ambience while watching TV, plus instructions for the convection oven so I could work the microwave. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Maroochydore.

Even with terrible weather, we were extremely comfortable at Beach on 6th. It’s modern, clean and tidy, with beautiful views, and the wine bar next door and Japanese restaurant across the road are fantastic. A TV in the media room is the only thing missing to make room 1101 a 5 star. It’s always a great place to stay.

Our level was very quiet, and from our two-bedroom apartment on level 9 we had ocean views. The basement carpark was easy to access with the remote, and there’s a great bakery on the ground floor. The location is fabulous, with lots of places to eat nearby. Pizza at GoodSlice is a must, and Sunshine Plaza is a great shopping mall close by. We wish we’d had more time. We had the loveliest stay, got a warm greeting on arrival, and will definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Amazing views and a perfect spot near the beach, playground and cafes. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the staff went out of their way to set up an extra bed for our kids. Fantastic stay, highly recommend!

I’m a repeat guest and quite particular about creature comforts and having a peaceful, quiet environment. I’ve stayed in several of the apartments over time, and every visit has been perfect. This will always be my first choice on the Sunshine Coast. It’s also been a pleasure dealing with Lynn and her family, who manage the building warmly and professionally. Being recognised as a returning guest and seeing familiar faces adds a real sense of welcome.
