Rovera Apartments

Room 108 was so clean, probably the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a hotel. It felt as clean as my home. There’s a TV in the bedroom, inside the cupboard, and another in the living area. In the basement by the carpark, there are trolleys for luggage, which make things easier. We absolutely loved our three-night stay at Rovera Apartments. The one-bedroom apartment has a Jack and Jill bathroom, plus a very spacious kitchen, dining and living area and patio. The kitchen had all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, oven and appliances, and there was a washer and dryer too. I loved being next to the pool and spa. There’s a toilet and shower there as well, handy if you’re on another floor or want to shower before heading back to your apartment. There are lots of books to read if you want to lounge on the deck near the pool, with both shaded and unshaded areas. Pool noodles and sinkies are there too, great for kids or just chilling on a noodle. I think the carpark clearance is 2.1 or 2.2 metres. Our lifted Ute with an awning was too tall, but it would’ve fit without the awning. There’s quite a bit of timed street parking nearby, and we managed to make it work without getting any fines. The location is prime, right by a pharmacy, Foodworks, BWS, cafes and local boutiques, and just a short walk from Cotton Tree and Maroochydore beaches. There’s no need to drive anywhere, and if you do, everything is close by. The manager was so lovely and kind, and you can see he values his guests and residents. We’ll definitely be back. The heated pool was a highlight, and the flat had everything we needed, from a kitchen to parking and a washer and dryer. It was spacious too. We had a fantastic Sunshine Coast road trip stay and would absolutely recommend it.

We found it easy to get to the beach, shops and cafes on foot, thanks to the central location. Our first visit was a great one: the one bedroom apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable, with secure undercover parking. The resident managers were friendly and kept in touch well.

We've been here four times now. The balcony had great views, and our two bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was also an easy walk to the beach, river, shops and cafes. The resident managers were helpful and friendly, and there was undercover parking.
