The grounds and premises were well kept, the place was very clean, and the location was perfect. George and Angela were second to none for service, hospitality, and kindness. We'd highly recommend Waves Maroochy River for the facilities, views, and great service, and we'll be back.

Travelling with my mum, who has dementia, and my sister's twin five-year-olds could have been stressful, but this stay was comfortable and easy for all of us. The staff were warm, patient, and genuinely caring. Angela and George deserve a special thank you for going above and beyond and showing our family so much understanding and kindness. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully set up. The ocean views were stunning, and the location was unbeatable, with every morning feeling special. From arrival onward, everything exceeded expectations. It was a stress-free, enjoyable experience, and we absolutely plan to return. We couldn't recommend Waves Maroochydore more highly.

George and Angela kindly fitted us in at short notice over Easter weekend when there was a problem with our pre-booked accommodation. Waves sits in a beautiful, peaceful spot overlooking the Maroochy river and Cotton tree. The apartments are large and well appointed, with a decent pool and spa. Shops and cafes on Ocean St, Maroochydoore are within walking distance. A great option for families.

Even from level 2, the river view was stunning, and the pool was clean. The location was great, so we'll definitely visit again. In Unit 203, the main bedroom door wouldn't close and needs fixing, which made it hard for my baby to sleep quietly.

We loved our first stay by the Maroochy River. Our top-floor apartment was amazing, tidy, and beautifully kept, with incredible views. The rooftop spa was an added bonus, and groceries and cafes were just a two-minute walk away. Check-in was easy, and the management staff were lovely. Thanks to owners Angela & George for making their place available.
