The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the area was nice and quiet. We stopped here on the way to Brisbane and were glad we did. The bathroom looked like it had had some upgrades, though the rooms could use a bit of an update too. I'd definitely stay again.

The cleaning ladies were absolutely lovely. They were happy to help with anything and always up for a chat. The facility was fairly quiet, and the location beside the best coffee shop, Sip Espresso Bar, was perfect. I'd stay again if I'm in town. I was there for three nights. The room was lovely, a bit dated, but had everything I needed. The bathroom was very clean and well supplied, with amazing water pressure. The bed, though, was awfully old and hard. I guess new beds and bedding are still being brought in. I found the male manager a bit rude and unapproachable, with a creepy feeling about him. He mostly just shrugged and stared, and seemed to creep around smoking and watching without doing much. He definitely didn't seem to enjoy his job.

The room was great, and the bathroom and shower were awesome. It was good value for the money. During a stressful, emotional time while my father was dying in hospital, Michael the manager went above and beyond to help me find cheaper long term accommodation. I'll stay again when I'm in town, no problem.

I stayed for three nights, and the hosts were exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. Wishing Cara and her husband all the very best with their new endeavour.

The owner operators are lovely. We've stayed twice before and will be back again for the next Fraserpop event. Our room was spacious for a motel, with a kitchenette, a large shower area, a queen and a single bed, and a big TV. Parking is inside the complex right in front of your room. It can be a bit tight in spots, but that wasn't a major issue. The location is perfect for the hospital and only a couple of minutes' drive from the town centre.
