The room was clean and had clearly been updated, though it’s still a basic motel room. I was able to arrive at any hour using the entry PIN, without going through the office, and parking was easy. The staff member who helped with my last minute booking was incredibly helpful and accommodating. A great stay for a basic motel.

A comfortable bed, a tidy room, and an easy check-in made this a good stop on our road trip. The motel is near town and just off the highway, so it’s handy but stayed quiet. Really nice place for an overnight break.

My old dog got to enjoy his first beach visit, and the staff even sent us off with a bacon hock bone for him. They were lovely, and came to help within a couple of minutes when a huntsman got into my room. The motel was pet friendly and available at the last minute, with self check-in and check-out, a tidy room, and a nice strong shower. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and sugar were provided. The bathroom could have used more attention, and the freezer needs a proper defrost. Parking was a bit of a puzzle since people park wherever they can, so we had to leave the car about five rooms away. Still, thanks for a nice place to stay the night. 🙂

After a long day of driving, the pool and BBQ area were a welcome extra. There was plenty of room to park my truck, and it felt secure. The rooms are simple, but spotless and equipped with what you need.

We had car trouble on the way up from Brisbane and needed somewhere dog friendly at 11pm. The room was clean, parking was ample, and the location was great. It was $130 a night. There was a small mix-up and I was charged twice, but one of the owners was lovely and sorted it out. Would stay again.
