140 Little Collins Apartment Hotel

Helen and Gavin were professional, provided excellent service and responded promptly to what we needed. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the service. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the central location put shops, eateries and transport close by. We'd definitely stay again, and I'd recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a place to stay. Faith and Joyce

The apartment was a good size and in a good location, but that's the only positive. The room needs a complete refurbish. The furniture was cheap and dated, the kitchen needs a facelift, and the walls need painting. The bathroom had dirty towels from the previous occupants hanging behind the door, and most of the toiletries had been left by them too. The windows were filthy, and there was dust on parts of the floor the cleaners had obviously missed.

The staff were really helpful and the free wifi was fast and worked well. The apartment had a nice compact kitchen and a spacious lounge, plus a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom alongside a bath and shower. Great location, though the lower floors seem to get quite a lot of street noise.

The room was dusty throughout, the quilt had stains, and there was a random food or drink splash on the door. The fridge couldn't keep our milk cold, so it curdled. The draft through the window was colder than the fridge, so we would've been better off leaving the milk on the sill. There was also a random cat wandering the hallways, which would explain the urine smell. The location is convenient, but it wasn't worth the price. I'd rather pay more for a clean room.
