The house at 49 Fourth Ave, Rosebud VIC 3939 was very dirty. There were bedbugs in the master room, all the sofas were old and in bad condition, and the kitchen utensils were dirty. We stayed from 28/07/2023 to 30/07/2023. I’ll never rent it again or recommend it to friends.

I’m extremely disappointed. I booked online tonight for a stay from July 4th to July 5th. The booking went through and was confirmed, but shortly afterward I was told I couldn’t keep it because of “a glitch.” The owner only allows a two-night minimum, so I was given the choice to cancel or extend. This wasn’t my mistake, and I feel the booking should have been honoured. It was a very unprofessional way to handle it. I don’t recommend them.
