It's enjoyable living here, with a pool and gym, easy parking, friendly people, and shops nearby.

The parking is a problem, both because there isn't much of it and because the fob reader is on the wrong side, so you have to get out of the car to enter. Inside, our TV remote had a flat battery, power points were coming away from the wall, and the toilet seat wasn't fixed to the toilet. The fridge was incredibly noisy. I'd only stay here if there were no other choice, and we won't be back.

We booked 14 days but were billed for 16. We were told parking for one of our two vehicles would be free, yet were charged for both. I also asked the manager not to have our room cleaned, but she came in several times despite the Do Not Disturb sign, and didn't even make the bed. After checkout, I found two bank transactions I hadn't approved. Victoria police are investigating them. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. We should have booked the Quest hotel next door, and won't stay here again. Avoid it.

Everything was really clean, comfortable, and well designed, which is pretty much what the photos show. It's a lovely hotel for guests, and the hospitality was great. For the price, don't expect anything fancy, but it's simple and classy. The only hassle was figuring out parking. You need to use the matching letter on the right level and choose a space marked for guest parking. It sounds easy when you explain it, but when you're tired, it's a bit confusing. Still, that was my only complaint, and it wouldn't put me off staying.
